Concrete Driveway Installation

Pat of solid foundations came out to take a look at an issue in my home that I suspected could be caused by a failing foundation. I have some floor tiles in the hall that are staring to raise for no apparent reason. Pat came out and inspected the interior and exterior and took some careful measurements all over the house before stating “there is nothing wrong with your house.” There were some very small deviations in the level measurements, but nothing concerning. The tile issue was just due to moisture and poor tile installation. We had an inspector from an other company who looked around and then told us that we needed $11,700 worth of foundation supports despite not taking measurements or even seeing any evidence of slab movement. I really appreciate that Pat had the honesty and integrity to tell me that everything is fine with my house instead of selling me an expensive repair I didn’t need. I highly recommend Solid Foundations as a company you can trust and whose kind and courteous employees take the time to provide the service their customers need instead of just selling services to make a quick buck.
